What we collect

When you reserve a kit or send us a question, we collect the details you give us: your name, email, phone number (optional), ZIP code, and which kit you're interested in. Deposits are processed by Stripe; Domi does not see or store your full card number.

How we use it

We use your details only to answer your question, confirm your order, and arrange delivery and setup. We don't sell your information.

Spam protection

Our question form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is sending it. It doesn't use advertising cookies or track you across other sites.

Visitor statistics

To understand who we're reaching, we keep anonymous statistics on how the site is used: which pages are viewed, which kit you click to reserve, which FAQ questions you open, whether you send a question or click to pay a deposit, the website that sent you here, your device type (phone, tablet, or computer), and your approximate location (state or region, from Cloudflare's network). When you send a question, we also keep the kit and ZIP code you chose. These records aren't linked to your name, email, or phone number, and we don't store your IP address.

We don't use cookies for this. A random ID stored in your browser for the current visit connects the pages you view, and it's deleted when you close the tab. We don't use advertising trackers or share these statistics with anyone.

Your smart home

Your kit runs locally on a hub in your home. Your device activity isn't sent toDomi for the system to work.
